How do I create an account on the DavaNinja app?
An account can be created on the DavaNinja app through phone number verification.
Do I need to create an account to place orders on DavaNinja?
Yes, to place an order, you must create an account and register yourself and provide certain information, such as but not limited to your Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile Number, Email ID, Shipping Address and Account Password. All your personal information is kept confidential under our Privacy Policy.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, select the medicine that you require, add it to your cart, and then proceed to the checkout. Our trusted pharmacy partner will deliver the medicine to your doorstep.
I am unable to place an order.
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. For immediate assistance and resolution of your concern, kindly reach out to our customer service executive on (+91 XXXXXXXXX). They will be more than happy to assist you.
How do I cancel my order?
Once the order is confirmed, there is a “cancel order” button where you have the option to cancel the orders being delivered the same or the next day.
Can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it can't be modified. Please submit a fresh order with the desired modification.
Can I save multiple addresses in my account?
Yes, you can save multiple addresses in your account.
Why was my prescription rejected?
Your prescription may have been rejected due to the following reasons: • Invalid or Incomplete Prescription • Expired Prescription • Prescribers Credibility or Authority
How do I get an invoice for my order?
You will receive an invoice from the pharmacy where you purchased your medicines.
Can I place multiple orders at a time?
Yes, you can place multiple orders at a time.
Do I need a prescription to order medicines?
• Medicines that fall under Schedule H and Schedule H1 require a prescription. • Medicines that fall under Schedule X and psychotropic drugs are restricted for sale. • Other medicines, such as over the counter (OTC) products, can be purchased without a prescription.
Is there a minimum order value to order medicines.
No, there is no minimum order value; however, free home delivery is applicable for orders above Rs. 250.
How do I upload a Prescription?
You can upload a prescription by clicking a photo from your gallery or your saved prescriptions.
I have placed my order, it has been accepted but no pharmacy has been assigned.
Our ninja is searching across our partner pharmacies to fulfill your order. It will take a few minutes to assign a pharmacy, but once that’s done you'll receive a notification.
Why is there an MRP change?
The MRP of medicines might fluctuate. If the MRP of the medicine changes after your order is accepted, you will be notified and given the opportunity to accept your order at the updated price. You have the option to accept or reject the updated prices.
If I reject the revised medicine price, will my entire order get rejected?
Yes, the entire order will be rejected
